  deFcon up-to-date

The Army of the Grand-Duchy of Luxemburg acquiered a deFcon-System.

As one of the first NATO-countries, Luxemburg bought a deFcon®-Container for the decontamination of persons and equipment. The decontamination container has been manufactured as Ro/Ro-Container. It acts for the decontamination of persons after accidents with dangerous substances and goods, terroristical attacks with warfare agents or after the application of such agents in the case of war. The Ro/Ro-Container deFcon® can furthermore also be used as mobile shower system at large incidents (such as flood). For the concept of the Ro/Ro-Container deFcon® the design goal was to achieve fastest availability at simultaneous lowest manpower requirements.
